These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between Sanders Ai, LLC, an Alabama limited liability company ("Sanders AI," "we," "us," or "our"), and the business or individual using our website or services ("you," "Client," or "your"). By accessing sanders-ai.com, purchasing a subscription, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.
Sanders AI provides AI automation services for businesses, which may include:

Pricing. Our current offerings are:

Billing via Stripe. Subscriptions and payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method the applicable fees, plus any applicable taxes. You agree to keep your payment information current. We do not store full payment card numbers. All fees are stated and charged in U.S. dollars.
Subscriptions automatically renew each month (for monthly plans) until cancelled in accordance with Section 5. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the then-current price for each renewal period until you cancel. We may change subscription pricing on a going-forward basis with reasonable advance notice; changes take effect on your next renewal.
You are responsible for your use of the services and for your own customers' data that flows through them. In particular, you agree that:
You acknowledge that the recording/transcription feature is controlled by you, that you decide whether to enable it, and that you, not Sanders AI, are responsible for the legality of recording the calls on your line. Where you enable recording, you agree to use a clear caller disclosure (such as a spoken "this call may be recorded" notice in the receptionist greeting).
You will not, and will not allow others to: (a) use the services to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or unsolicited communications; (b) violate any applicable law or third-party right; (c) reverse engineer, copy, resell, or create derivative works from our systems, prompts, or software except as expressly permitted; (d) interfere with or disrupt the services or attempt to gain unauthorized access to them; or (e) use the services to build or train a competing product. We may investigate and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination, for any violation.
Sanders AI does not guarantee any specific revenue, savings, bookings, leads, or other business outcome. Any figures provided by our ROI calculator, marketing, or proposals are illustrative estimates only, not promises or guarantees, and your actual results will vary based on factors outside our control.
The services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that AI outputs (including call handling, transcriptions, and messages) will be accurate or complete. AI systems can make mistakes; you are responsible for reviewing outputs that matter to your business.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. These limitations are a fundamental basis of the bargain between us.
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sanders AI and its owner, members, and agents from and against any third-party claims, damages, liabilities, penalties, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the services; (b) your data or content, or your customers' data, including the calls, recordings, and texts the service handles on your behalf; (c) your failure to obtain any legally required consents from your customers or to comply with TCPA, call-recording, or other applicable laws; or (d) your breach of these Terms or violation of law or any third-party right.
Each party may receive confidential information of the other. The receiving party will use the disclosing party's confidential information only to perform under these Terms, protect it with reasonable care, and not disclose it to third parties except to its service providers under similar obligations or as required by law. This does not apply to information that is public through no fault of the receiving party, independently developed, or rightfully obtained from another source. We will treat your business and customer data as confidential, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
We may modify or discontinue features of the services, and we may update these Terms from time to time. When we update these Terms, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and post the changes on this page. Material changes will be posted, and your continued use of the services after the changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services will be the state or federal courts located in Alabama, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
