What about ITAR / EAR or controlled-information manufacturing?

If your shop is ITAR-registered or handles EAR-controlled technical data, every AI agent has to run inside a US-person, US-hosted inference stack with no cross-border data flow and no model training on your content. We will scope that explicitly in the review and the consulting call. For non-controlled work — most metal fab, contract manufacturing, and specialty manufacturing — we deploy on standard infrastructure. We do not deploy ITAR-scope agents without a written export-control review first.
